3. What we sell, and on what terms
Call to Rule is a free-to-play online multiplayer game. It offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency and virtual items, which are licensed for use inside the game and have no value outside it.
- Prices are displayed in the game before purchase, in your app store's currency, and include applicable taxes where the law requires. UAE VAT at 5% applies to customers in the United Arab Emirates.
- The seller of record for purchases made inside the mobile app is the app store (Apple or Google), not PaperToad.
- The complete commercial terms are in the Purchases, Virtual Items & Refunds Policy, including how to obtain a refund and how randomised item odds are disclosed.
- Contracts are concluded in English. An Arabic version of each legal document is provided; the English version governs.

Write to support@calltorule.com for anything about your account or a purchase, and to legal@papertoad.com for anything else. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to resolve within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve it between us, the escalation routes — consumer authorities, data protection authorities, and the courts — are set out in section 16 of the Terms of Service and section 14 of the Privacy Policy.
